Deya has worked as a field producer for Access Hollywood and as the National Correspondent for Politicallyblack.com, Deya has conducted interviews with A-list celebrities, prominent political and social leaders from all across the country and abroad.  

In addition, Deya served as a commentator on television for local and nationally syndicated news networks as NBC and Fox; debating policy issues affecting minorities in the new millennium.
