Certified Life Coach, Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern, and published author specializing in emotional intelligence, stress management, life transitions, and women’s wellbeing. Deya brings 20+ years of experience in behavioral health content, therapeutic practices, and community wellness, with advanced training in CBT, MBCT, and trauma-informed care.

A Therapeutic Coaching Group for Women in Difficult Transitions

A therapeutic coaching and support group where women find room to release what’s holding them back. Room to let go of old identities, impossible expectations, and the burden of holding it all together alone. Through guided work and community, we process the transitions that test us—bringing our whole selves, our strength and our weariness, our faith and our questions.

Our Approach​

We use an integrated group therapy model combining:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): For thought restructuring and perspective shifts

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): To develop emotional management skills

  • ​Interpersonal/Process Work: Facilitates shared support and relationship navigation

This hybrid approach addresses cognitive, emotional, and relational challenges simultaneously, fostering resilience and empowering women to navigate change successfully.
